Sample Deliverable

An illustration of the format, not a real client's work.

This page is illustrative. The project, contractor, and documents below are fictional, invented to show the shape and depth of a real review. Granska is a new consultancy and does not have a published client history; nothing here should be read as a completed engagement or a testimonial. Excerpt: ITP compliance matrix

A short excerpt from the kind of compliance matrix delivered with every ITP or test pack review, mapping requirements against submitted evidence and citing the exact clause behind each finding.

ClauseRequirementEvidence submittedStatus
SFS 6000-6-61.3.3Insulation resistance test recorded for every final circuit before energisationTest sheet present for 41 of 46 circuitsFail, 5 circuits missing
SFS 6000-4-41Protective device disconnection times verified for automatic disconnection of supplyLoop impedance results recorded, within limitsPass
EN 50600-2-2 §5.2Earthing and bonding continuity demonstrated across all rack rowsContinuity readings recorded for rows A to D onlyFail, row E not evidenced
Project spec §7.4Test equipment calibration certificates attached and in dateCertificates attached, two expired at test dateFail, recalibration required
ISO 9001 §8.5.1Test records signed off by a named, competent personAll records signed and datedPass

What this becomes in the report

Each fail line in the matrix carries a corresponding note in the marked-up PDF, pointing to the exact page and field, and a plain-language explanation of what is missing and why it matters. The final Pass/Fail recommendation is a single sentence your team can act on immediately, for example:

Fail. Three findings must close before submission: insulation resistance evidence for 5 circuits, earthing continuity for rack row E, and two expired calibration certificates. All three are gaps in evidence, not in the installation itself, and are typically closed within a few days once flagged.

Turnaround and scope

This excerpt represents a fraction of a full matrix, which typically runs to every clause in the applicable standards plus your own project specification. Fixed fee and turnaround are confirmed before work starts, in writing, and never change mid-engagement unless the scope does.
